We offer free shipping on orders over €150. You have 28 days to return your item if you are not happy with it. All of our items are shipped by An Post. 

The lead time for our custom engraved Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold necklaces is 7-10 working days, while gold-plated discs require 12-14 days. If you need your order sooner, please let us know, we will try our best.
